HVAC Service Manager

Full Job Description

Click Heating and Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to join our team. 

The install manager must be able to both install and manage our jobs as required to help grow our company. As we grow, they will just manage installation both from the office and in the field. 

Candidate must be able to pass a drug test, background screening and possess a clean driving record.

Pay between $60,000 - $80,000. DOE

• Relevant HVAC service technician experience
• Relevant service management      experience

Our Services

• We work on 95% residential      replacement- single family homes. 
• HVAC, Air conditioning and      Furnace installations.

Job Description

• Residential service only. No      commercial work. 
• Must be courteous and      respectful with the customer! Attitude is everything!
• Order supplies and keep      inventory in stock.
• Diagnose and repair equipment. 
• Know how to tro­­uble-shoot      issues on equipment.
• Train, coach, and mentor new      technicians.
• This is a management position,      must have excellent attitude
• Knowledge of installation work      is a huge plus
