Full Job Description

Click Heating and Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to join our team. 

The install manager must be able to both install and manage our jobs as required to help grow our company. As we grow, they will just manage installation both from the office and in the field. 

Candidate must be able to pass a drug test, background screening and possess a clean driving record.

Pay between $70,000 - $90,000. DOE

Our Services

• We work on 95% residential      replacement- single family homes. 
• HVAC, Air conditioning and      Furnace installations.
• We DO NOT install New      Construction

Job Description

• Residential replacement expert.      Not new construction
• Must be courteous and      respectful with the customer! Attitude is everything!
• Order equipment and keep      inventory in stock 
• Install HVAC Systems to code and      related equipment and accessories.
• Teach and Perform start-ups on      heating and cooling systems
• Know how to tro­­uble-shoot      issues on startup. 
• Train, coach, and mentor new      installers.
• Perform walkthroughs and show the      customers how to use their new equipment. 
• Accurately train employees to complete      to perform installation “check list”
• This is a management position,      must have excellent attitude
• Knowledge of service work is a      huge plus
